ARIZONA IMMIGRATION LAWS GAINS FAVOR

The Associated press broke the story and it appeared in Honolulu's Star Advertiser newspaper that the new immigration law which has been in trouble since it was signed by Arizona Governor Jan Brewer has now taken a turn for the better and is gaining favor all across the United States. Almost twenty other states are looking to write a similar law. I have said from the start that the Arizona immigration law was a very good thing and that every state in the country should have a law just like it.

This is not about racial profiling or not wanting to help those that come into this country to try to live a better life for themselves and their families. What this is all about is simple. It is about protecting our borders and our citizens. To many times have we heard on the news or in the newspaper where a U.S. citizen being shot or stabbed to death by an illegal alien.

The inmates are literally running the assylum now under the Obama Administration. There are many people scratching their heads at this appointment by Obama. One of them is widow Joslyn Johnson, whose husband, Rodney Johnson, was killed in 2006 by an illegal immigrant because Hurtt failed to enforce federal immigration laws.

That’s because Joslyn Johnson, whose husband, Rodney Johnson, was killed in 2006, is suing former Houston Police Chief Harold Hurtt for failing to enforce federal immigration laws. She claims her husband would be alive today if the city had bothered to check up on the gunman’s immigration status.
“She was shocked at the irony,” Johnson’s attorney, Ben Dominguez, said.
As a police chief, Hurtt was a supporter of “sanctuary city” policies, by which illegal immigrants who don’t commit crimes can live without fear of exposure or detainment because police don’t check for immigration papers.
If we look at all the staggering crime figures list at both www.snopes.com and other web sites, we soon understand that the illegal  immigrant problem is one that will not go away unless the United States takes strong and fast action against
illegal immigrants coming across our boarders. The situation has become so bad that the United States is now planning to use a unmanned drone plane to help in patrolling our southern border.

One can only hope that the Arizona immigration law gaining support all across the country will make president Obama see and understand that the people of this country do NOT want what he calls immigration reform and he was voted into office to serve the citizens of this country and not just to push his own agenda forward. Also, maybe the president of Mexico should learn how to take care of his own citizens instead of coming to the United States and telling us  what we should do and what our laws should say. I can assurer you that if you or I went into mexico illegally, we most likely would Not be welcomed by their government as the ones from Mexico are welcome here.

President Obama..... Do your Job and Secure Our Borders

Send Them Back

On Tuesday Mexico asked a federal court in Arizona to declare the new immigration law in Arizona unconstitutional.  All I and ( MOST ) other Americans can say about this is What A Bunch Of CRAP! You know, our elected leaders in Washington. DC keep saying that government should LISTEN to the people of this country so, When will the president and his people start listening?? After all a vast majority of Americans agree and support the Arizona immigration law.

The public broadly supports a new Arizona law aimed at dealing with illegal immigration and the law’s provisions giving police increased powers to stop and detain people who are suspected of being in the country illegally.
Fully 73% say they approve of requiring people to produce documents verifying their legal status if police ask for them. Two-thirds (67%) approve of allowing police to detain anyone who cannot verify their legal status, while 62% approve of allowing police to question people they think may be in the country illegally.
After being asked about the law’s provisions, 59% say that, considering everything, they approve of Arizona’s new illegal immigration law while 32% disapprove
Another source that states that American approve of the Airzonia immigration law can be found at http://www.mcclatchydc.com/2010/05/12/94050/most-americans-approve-of-arizonas.html

I for one am damn tired of always giving away my country to a bunch of illegals and I honestly think that president Obama is so detached from the everyday citizens of this country that, he does not even want to listen to what is on our minds at all. he thinks what he thinks is always correct.

I can assure you that any American that strays across the US/Mexican border is arrested and deported back to the US at the very least. I can also assure you that the Mexican president wants as many Mexican citizens out of his country as possible. The Mexican government knows about all the money that the illegals come here and work and then send that money back home. Enough money that it really boost the mexican economy. If Mexico had to support all the illegals that are in this country it would devastate the mexican economy. So, of course he does not care how many leave Mexico to come to the US and strain our system. There are so many bleeding hearts in this  country that  keep saying all are welcome and just let them all in. However, these are usally the very same people that complain the loudest when we end up supporting most of them on welfare and, yes there are indeed laws to prevent the illegals from getting on welfare in the first place. However, a lot of times these laws are not followed or enforced as they should be and even if they are enforced so many of the illegals have faked documents so they get benefits right away. These faked documents cost the illegal thousand of dollars so one would think that if they had enough money to  pay for these fake documents then, they would have had enough money to enter this country the correct legal way.

Let's face it guys, The American citizen is getting screwed. The Mexican government does not care and the United States government does not care. if president Obama has his way this country will be flooded with Illegal immigrants and the president will just hand them their citizenship papers and it will be a done deal. Once it is a done deal then they are entitled to all benefits and perks to being an American and who will pay for all this? the answer is you and I and our parents, grand parents, cousins, aunt & uncles.

President Obama has it in mind that if an illegal can become a citizen and stay then, that illegal's family can enter the country and become a citizen right away too.  that is a lot of strain on our already strained education, health, welfare systems just to name a few. Now is the time people, A time to send a clear LOUD message to President Obama and congress. A message that says SEND THEM BACK !!

Just remember everyone... A country has borders for a reason and Charity begins at home. Our fathers and all the people that came before us in this country have worked way to hard to make life easier for the next generation to just have us give it all away to people that are here illegally. The key word here is ILLEGAL. Now Mr. President... Please DO NOT make the ILLEGALS American citizens. Just SEND THEM BACK  and Secure our borders !!

Mr. President... Please do you're job

It seems that most Americans agree with Arizona's immigration law. I understand that because, I like most American's are getting real tired of just handing over everything my parents and great grand parents and so on worked hard for, to just turn around and give it all to a bunch of criminal illegals.

Governor Jan Brewer of Arizona has written letters to the Obama administration asking for help in the illegal border crossing issue many, many times and has not received any reply at all from anyone in the Obama administration. finally when Gov Brewer was actually in DC and asked to meet and talk with the president, he gave in and agreed to see her.

The meetng that took place did not change president Obama's mind or Gov. Brewer's mind on the issue of Illegal Immigration. However, what did come out of this meeting was President Obama did promise Gov. Jan brewer national guard troops and other was to help the over run state to battle the illegal border crossers and the mayhem they cause within two weeks from their meeting. However, the two week deadline has come and gone and Governor Brewer has not heard anything from president Obama or anyone in the Obama administration at all concerning this very important issue.

Now we also have a case as to where a Arizona rancher was shot and killed on his own ranch by a illegal immigrant and still no word from the Obama administration on any help for Arizona.

It would seem to me that the federal government would work with the state of Arizona. After all, Gov. Brewer has asked and pleaded with the President for help. We don't hear or see too much on the news about the troubles in Arizona due to the fact that the media will NOT show on the news a lot of the problems that are going on in Arizona. All the media wants us to see and hear is the protesters yelling that they have rights and they want reform now. I for one think they need to go back to their own country and protest there. We all have to understand that countries have borders for a reason. With that being said I will also say the the majority of Americans want our boarders secured.

Mr. President... We want our borders secured and we want the illegal immigrants already here punished for being here illegally. We do not want them to only have to pay some stupid fine and then give them citizenship. We do want them to be made to go back where they come from and enter this country Legally

Mr. president... PLEASE do you're job and secure our borders NOW.

The US border issues

Governor Jan Brewer had requested a meeting with President Obama about the Arizona Immigration law. The meeting has already taken place and both the white house and Governor Jan Brewer have said it was a good meeting and that they both agreed to work with each other to get the illegal immigration issue that Arizona and other border state are facing.

I hope that something will be done and done soon about the illegal immigration issue facing this country and the citizens living in our country. Americans have enough to worry about these days and we do not deserve to have to put up with this yet.

Also, just the other day a news story said a 15 year old boy from Mexico was killed while throwing rocks at a border patrol agent while the boy was trying to cross the border illegally. I am sorry for the loss of life but this just go's to prove that our borders need to be secured much better then they are at present.

However, the people crossing the boarder illegally are not the only ones in danger. The United States border patrol agents face constant danger everyday and in the 2007 and 2008 fiscal years more then 1000 attacks have occurred on our border patrol agents. Between April 1991 and Jan. 20, 2010, El Paso Border Patrol agents were attacked 23 times in incidents reported by the news media. Some of the more serious incidents involved gunfire. Here are highlights of those encounters:

July 2, 1997: Two Border Patrol agents reported that two shots were fired from the Mexican side of the border near the El Paso Rescue Mission. The agents didn't believe they were the targets but rerouted traffic at West Paisano Drive as a precaution.

February 1992: An alleged marijuana smuggler was killed near the 1900 block of West Paisano Drive when he tried to grab a Border Patrol agent's shotgun and it went off.

April 1991: A 19-year-old Ju rez man was killed when he tried to attack a Border Patrol agent near the Paso del Norte Bridge.

Feb. 1, 1998: Five rifle shots were fired from Ju rez at Border Patrol agents patrolling West Paisano Drive; one bullet struck the passenger door of the agents' vehicle. The bullet, which might have been fired from a high-powered rifle, hit the door just below the seat.

Jan. 13, 1998: Border Patrol agents shot and killed a 19-year-old Ju rez man who allegedly pointed a gun at them at the Chamizal National Memorial.

May 26, 2000: A smuggler escaped into Mexico after shooting at Border Patrol agents. One of the agents was injured by flying glass when a bullet ripped through the windshield of his marked van; he was about eight miles east of the Fabens border crossing.

April 19, 1999: A Border Patrol agent wearing body armor was shot twice in the chest and once in the back by an unknown assailant in the Columbus-Deming, N.M., area. The agent was patrolling a trail four miles east of the Columbus border crossing when he was surprised by an unknown number of people. The agent was not injured, and no one was arrested.

Nov. 30, 1998: Border Patrol agents reported a suspicious car about a half-mile from the Fabens border crossing. They later found the car abandoned and stuck in mud. The trunk was open, and two large bundles of marijuana were visible. A Border Patrol helicopter pilot told the agents a van was parked on the Mexican side of the border with several people inside. About 15 gunshots were fired at the agents from the area of the parked van. The agents took cover, and no one was injured. The agents did not return fire.

March 25, 1998: A Lower Valley man died after he was shot while allegedly attempting to run over a Border Patrol agent. The shooting occurred on Loop 375 about a quarter-mile west of Zaragoza. El Paso police said two Border Patrol agents were responding to a call about an illegal border crossing.

Feb. 1, 2002: Two Border Patrol agents in separate vehicles were patrolling near the Fabens border crossing when they spotted a suspicious car. One of the drivers who saw the agents approaching tried to return to Mexico. The driver then abandoned the car and fled on foot to Mexico. One of the agents was in his vehicle when he heard a loud noise while he was chasing the suspects. He discovered that his rear side windows had been shot out. The suspects got away.

Feb. 13, 2007: A group of alleged immigrants threw rocks at a Border Patrol agent who opened fire but hit no one. The violence took place along the Rio Grande off the César Chávez Border Highway near Fonseca Drive.

April 17, 2006: A man in a pickup was shot when he allegedly tried to run over a plainclothes Border Patrol agent in the parking lot of the Alamo Auto Supply store.

Feb 17, 2005: Border Patrol agents José Alonso Compéan and Ignacio Ramos shot a drug smuggler in the buttocks. The smuggler was fleeing back to Mexico. The case received national publicity after the agents were accused of concealing details of the incident from their superiors. They were set free from prison after President George W. Bush commuted their sentences.

Jan. 12, 2004: Drug smugglers on the Mexican side of the Rio Grande shot at Border Patrol agents in broad daylight; no one was hit. Border Patrol agents, whose view was obscured by bushes, did not return fire.

May 30, 2003: A man driving a pickup loaded with marijuana was shot and killed near the Fabens border crossing. The incident involved a pursuit by Border Patrol agents following an anonymous tip.

Feb. 22, 2003: A Border Patrol agent shot and killed an unidentified man suspected of entering the U.S. illegally after the man allegedly threatened the agents with a metal pipe in Central El Paso.

Between April 1991 and Jan. 20, 2010, El Paso Border Patrol were attacked 23 times in incidents reported by the news media. Some of the more serious incidents involved gunfire.

Here are highlights of those encounters:
Jan. 20, 2010: A Border Patrol agent near the Bridge of the Americas called for help because a group of people were throwing rocks from the Mexican side of the border. Another agent fired a pepperball launcher, which shoots projectiles filled with pepper spray. But the rock throwing continued. An agent then fired one round from a handgun at the rock-throwers. There were no known injuries.

Oct. 23, 2008: Border Patrol agents chased an alleged smuggler who crossed back into Mexico, where he was joined by another person; they began throwing rocks at the agents. "The smuggler took position behind a small tree, pointed a handgun and yelled he was going to kill them (the agents)," Border Patrol spokesman Doug Mosier said. The agent responded by firing three rounds from his service-issued handgun before the smuggler fled.

Aug. 10, 2007: Juárez resident Jose Alejandro Ortiz Castillo was shot after he attempted to assault a Border Patrol agent. Four people -- Ortiz, a woman and two other men -- attempted to cross into the United States illegally.

Mexico's Immigration laws are vet very similar to the United States immigration laws. However, the one big difference is Mexico enforces their immigration laws. I think every America should demand President Obama to secure the United States borders at once.

Peruvian child becomes symbol of US undocumented

It seems that everyday we get bombarded with the sad news all about children of illegal aliens. Yes, I refuse to be politicly correct by using the term undocumented workers. I mean of course they are undocumented. They are undocumented solely because they are here in the United States ILLEGALLY! Now, I do feel sorry for the children of the illegals. The poor kids are between a rock and a hard place. I say this because contrary to popular belief, we do NOT have any right to make a child a citizen of the United States simply because the child's parents/parent was in the United States ILLEGALLY when the child was born. If you need the short version of that then, here it is.... The United States has NO legal right to make any child born of parents that are in this country ILLEGALLY a United States citizen by birth right. We do not posses the power to do that! The 14th amendment of the U.S. Constitution makes that very clear. Misinterpreted birthrights and citizenship

The problem is that our government has always known that and they went ahead and did it anyhow for many years. I guess it is ok for the government to break our laws. They seem to do it all the time anyhow. Now this is NOT a Obama issue or a Bush issue or a Clinton issue. This breaking the law and making children born of ILLEGAL aliens citizens has been going on for many many years. Why is this you wonder. Well, they say that the 14th amendment was misinterpreted. that could very well be the reason. However, now that they know what the 14th amendment really means. Now that they know the amendment does NOT give this country the right to make anyone a citizen just because of birth right alone. That means it is time to STOP doing it ! I feel that a lot of these women come over here ILLEGALLY either already pregnant or they get pregnant here in the U.S. knowing that it will make it much easier for Mommy to stay here if her child is an American citizen.

This is proof enough that we have to do our very best to secure our boarders and we need to do it right away. I have nothing against folks from other countries. I myself have lived in other countries other then the U.S. However, I did it legally, I did not sneak in to another country and strain their recourses. I obeyed and respected their laws. I did not take from their government except their government health insurance and that everyone has to have in Norway. I became a resident the correct way and I I did things their way. The people coming into the United States Illegally are not in anyway helping the situation at all. I get so tired of hearing that these poor people come here for a better life and they do the jobs that us lazy Americans just refuse to do. That is such a bunch of crap and heavy crap at that.

The article about the little girl telling First Lady Michelle Obama that the Mother of this little girl had no papers struck the heart of most Americans I am sure. However, a lot of folks seem to not understand that the key word here is ILLEGAL! If anyone does not understand any part of the word ILLEGAL, PLEASE let me know and I will do my best to explain it to you.

I do indeed feel sorry for the children and some sort of acceptable agreement has to be worked out on that issue because i don't think we can keep making a baby born on U.S. soil who's parent/parents are ILLEGALS a citizen by birth right. Now maybe I understand why so many in government say the constitution is worthless and we all know that a few presidents have done what they could to get certain things taken out of the constitution .

It is a sad day for America when a president can dictate to us what we can have in the constitution. President George Bush did all he could to get some things out of the constitution. I admit I don't know what exactly they were I just remember reading a newspaper that had that story in it sometime ago. If my memory serves me correctly it had something to to wit the patriotic act.

Now back to the ILLEGALS. Just giving someone in this country ILLEGALLY citizenship is just down right stupid. That would be like if you robbed a bank then the bank would have to allow you to deposit the money you stole and treat you as a preferred customer.

I think a lot of people including the democrats in this country think that the immigration law that the state of Arizona has is something bad and I can tell you that law is almost a mirror image of
our federal immigration law. you know the one that the federal government will not enforce. I fount this post at the end of the article about this little girl. the post is as follows below.

I suggest that everyone who questions the Arizona immigration law take a close look at the immigration laws of Mexico. They are remarkably similar to the law passed by the state of Arizona. Can you say "double standard"?

That post above is what we all need to take into account. Why do we allow these people to come here and break our laws? I hope you all understand that if we went into Mexico or any other country illegally the very least that would happen to us would be that we would be arrested and if we were lucky, we would be deported back to the U.S.A. as I said that would be if we were lucky. So why should we allow these kind folks from other countries just to cross our boarders ILLEGALLY and use our country's resources that are all ready strained. and so many of these ILLEGALS come here with fake documents as so one of the first thing they do once here is head on down to the local welfare office and get benefits they should not be getting. True there is a law saying that they can not get welfare until they have been in this country LEGALLY for at least five years but as I said they have fake documents and they get jobs and health insurance and paid vacations, sick days all on FAKE documents. Sorry people but that is not fair to the many many Americans who can't even go to an emergency room because they have no insurance. Yet some ILLEGAL can just come across the boarder and get everything just as if they were born here.

This little girl is a sad case that is true but the feds already stated that her family will not at least at this time be sent back and to be honest in my opinion they really should be made to leave this country as well as the rest of the ILLEGALS and they should take their children with them

Come on Mr. President, do you're job. Enforce our IMMIGRATION laws!!!.
