ARIZONA IMMIGRATION LAWS GAINS FAVOR

The Associated press broke the story and it appeared in Honolulu's Star Advertiser newspaper that the new immigration law which has been in trouble since it was signed by Arizona Governor Jan Brewer has now taken a turn for the better and is gaining favor all across the United States. Almost twenty other states are looking to write a similar law. I have said from the start that the Arizona immigration law was a very good thing and that every state in the country should have a law just like it.

This is not about racial profiling or not wanting to help those that come into this country to try to live a better life for themselves and their families. What this is all about is simple. It is about protecting our borders and our citizens. To many times have we heard on the news or in the newspaper where a U.S. citizen being shot or stabbed to death by an illegal alien.

The inmates are literally running the assylum now under the Obama Administration. There are many people scratching their heads at this appointment by Obama. One of them is widow Joslyn Johnson, whose husband, Rodney Johnson, was killed in 2006 by an illegal immigrant because Hurtt failed to enforce federal immigration laws.

That’s because Joslyn Johnson, whose husband, Rodney Johnson, was killed in 2006, is suing former Houston Police Chief Harold Hurtt for failing to enforce federal immigration laws. She claims her husband would be alive today if the city had bothered to check up on the gunman’s immigration status.
“She was shocked at the irony,” Johnson’s attorney, Ben Dominguez, said.
As a police chief, Hurtt was a supporter of “sanctuary city” policies, by which illegal immigrants who don’t commit crimes can live without fear of exposure or detainment because police don’t check for immigration papers.
If we look at all the staggering crime figures list at both www.snopes.com and other web sites, we soon understand that the illegal  immigrant problem is one that will not go away unless the United States takes strong and fast action against
illegal immigrants coming across our boarders. The situation has become so bad that the United States is now planning to use a unmanned drone plane to help in patrolling our southern border.

One can only hope that the Arizona immigration law gaining support all across the country will make president Obama see and understand that the people of this country do NOT want what he calls immigration reform and he was voted into office to serve the citizens of this country and not just to push his own agenda forward. Also, maybe the president of Mexico should learn how to take care of his own citizens instead of coming to the United States and telling us  what we should do and what our laws should say. I can assurer you that if you or I went into mexico illegally, we most likely would Not be welcomed by their government as the ones from Mexico are welcome here.

38 States says No to part of the Federal Health bill Law

Idaho was the first state among 38 states that are against of the health care bill or at least the part that says the federal government can fine a person if that person does Not purchase health insurance once and if President Obama's health care bill is passed. The law that Idaho passed will make it so that no one in that state will be finned for Not purchase health insurance

Now let's look at this for a minute. First off, in this country we for the first time have a chance to see that all Americans who are not covered with health insurance can now be covered once and if this bill is passed. For the first time in this country, a person who cannot afford health coverage due to a pre-existing condition or because that person works for an employer that does not provide health coverage for employees can now be covered.

The other thing that is obvious is that once people can start to get healthier, they will be more productive at their jobs and just more productive in their everyday lives. It is important to note that people who are productive on their everyday lived are less likely to be hanging out on the street looking for and often finding trouble.

On the other hand congress especially the republicans claim that we can not afford health care. They are correct, we can't. However, we also can not afford to spend over 700 billion dollars to bail out a bunch of banks and wall street crooks as we are doing. We also can not afford to have members of congress to charter private and military jets to fly them and family and friends on business/pleasure trips and pay for the meals that congress at fancy restaurants but, we are paying for all those things too with our tax dollars.

We need to sort of do some starting over as in what we allow our government officials to spend our money on. we need to have a system where our government officials can and will be held accountable for ever dollar they spend of our tax money.

it does not matter at all if we can afford national health care or not in this country for the simple fact that if the bill passes and government needs money to pay for it they will most likely raise taxes and or print the money needed for the program.

I for one am all for the health care reform bill and I hope the democrats deem the bill as passed since they can do that and that type of bill passage has been used before by both the republicans and democrats alike. the republicans can boo hoo all they want about it but, it still can be done in that manner

As far as 38 states passing a law that would enable Americans to not purchase health insurance once the bill is passed. They need to forget that idea due to the fact the in this case the federal law would supersede the state law and the federal law would win

It really is this simple, there are millions of Americans that desperately need health care and can not obtain it. Everyday someone dies because they did not have access to health care. This country needs this healthcare reform and I for one hope we get it and soon. In my opinion any law maker that would not vote for this bill cares NOT anything for the American public. I bet they never vote down their big fat raises that they give themselves all the time

Until next time my friends stay healthy and take care
